What documentation do I need to send my unit for repair?
Proof of purchase - As a proof of purchase I can accept an email confirmation, if you purchased unit online, a picture of the receipt, or a credit card statement if you purchased unit with a credit or debit card. If you cannot obtain any of those, you can call the store where you purchased it from and they may be able to email you a copy of the receipt if they have that in their records.
