      There is algae coming out of the side of my unit

      • Is the algae dead in the pool? What color green or brown?
        • If green, it is alive
        • If brown, it is dead
      • Make sure they are using the correct filter bag (Micro Filter and/or Sand and Silt)
      • We recommend treating the pool with an algaecide before trying to pick up the debris.
