My Unit Will Not Turn On

My non-rechargeable unit, such as an Aqua Broom, Leaf Vac, or Spa Vac, will not turn on. What do I do?

  • Check the batteries
    • When was the last time you changes the batteries in the unit?
      • Replace the current batteries with brand-new batteries 
      • Verify that all old batteries have been removed from the unit before inserting the new set of batteries
    • Have the batteries been put in the unit correctly?
      • Confirm that the batteries are aligned in the battery chamber correctly
      • If further direction is needed, please follow the visual installation guide inside the battery chamber 

  • I replaced my batteries, but the unit will still not turn on
    • How long have you had the unit?
      • Check your unit's manual for the warranty. If still within warranty, you can have your unit repaired free of charge. Outside of warranty, fees may apply. Contact our customer service at 1 800-298-8800 or www.wtrma.com  to begin a warranty claim an
        • Please note that all warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase. 
      • Where was the unit stored?
        • If the unit was stored in extreme heat or cold, or was exposed to snow or rain then it could no longer be operative. Store units in shed or garage when not in use to prevent damage due to exposure. 
          • If unit is still within warranty, contact customer service to begin a warranty claim. 
      • Is there corrosion on the contact points?
        • If there is corrosion, the unit could be water damaged and no longer operable. 
          • If unit is still within warranty, contact customer service to begin a warranty claim.
