I don’t feel suction on the unit. What do I do?
- How long did you charge the unit?
- If for 4 hours as directed and the unit is still not suctioning, ask the next question.
- What type of filter bag are you using/ what type of debris are you trying to pick up?
- Specific bags must be used for specific types of debris. Make sure the bag being used matches the debris being collected.
- When was the last time you changed your bag?
- Remind the customer that the bag must be changed every season for the filter to operate properly.
- Do you hear the motor running when turning the unit on?
- If the motor is not running or dies when submerged the motor will need to be replaced.
- Is the unit completely submerged in the water when on?
- Our units need to be completely submerged in the water to create suction. Water needs to enter the chamber so the turbine and motor can create the suction. If you just turn it on and place it on your hand, you wouldn’t feel the suction.
