This happens because air gets trapped inside the robot. The trapped air makes the robot more buoyant, so it floats.
Make sure control box is NOT bowed outward.
Make sure the robot is NOT covered in small bubbles. Small bubbles will attach to the robot and make it buoyant.
If problem persists, please contact Water Tech and send unit in for repair.
